Can you buy OTCBB stocks?

Most of my recommendations are otcbb. Have several top picks for 2010:

TSTC
YUII
YONG (wait for financing deal to be announced)
BSPM
CKGT
PUDA


Lots of others, but these are the safest for an IRA, especially long-term.
